Beautiful Brand NEW private entrance guesthouse with Full size Kitchen, Stainless sink and faucet, Built in Clothes Washer / Dryer, Full size fridge, stove and oven, Lots of storage cabinets, shiny subway tile backsplash. The Open Living room area has TV, Dining Table for two, Sofa sleeper and ottomans. The partially partitioned Bedroom area has a Queen size bed, side tables with lamps, and open air closet with full length mirror and connecting full size bathroom with shower.
Guests access their private unit from a gate in the driveway.

I would recommend this place. It was exactly like the photos on the listing. Clean, quiet, private, and tidy. WiFi, TV, and Laundry machines were ok. But you will have to let the clothes air dry, as the drying function of the machine is not 100%. Having the fan, heater and air-conditioning was great, as it can get both cold and hot in the same day. The bed was a bit hard, but bed sheets and pillos were clean and well maintained. Communications with the team was good and they were always trying to help with any issues-requests in a timely manner. If you have a car, the location is good. Don't count on public transport if you need to be anywhere before at least 1 hour. Or be ready to spend a lot on taxis. It is more of a residential area, with not many walking options for food, shopping, or any sort of entertainment. Still a great place and I would stay here again.

Rachel and Ozzie are super responsive and accommodating. These guys are true super hosts and you shouldn't hesitate to stay in any of their places!
