Newly renovated and decorated Bay Front 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo in Crown Point with unobstructed Waterfront views, not even a boardwalk goes in front of this property, located right on the water, with views of the bird sanctuary, Mission Bay, Downtown skyline and Sea World Fireworks all right in front of you!  Enjoy all of these views from the comfort of your private patio with lounge furniture, patio table with umbrella and BBQ for outdoor dining and relaxing in the mild weather in Sunny San Diego!  Only a 2 minute drive to the parking lot at Crown Point Park where you can Enjoy the Bayside Walk Boardwalk that travels around the tip of Crown Point, around Sail bay, by Fanuel Street Park Playground, Beach Sand volleyball courts, only cross one traffic light to go further onto the Ocean Front Boardwalk along Mission Beach for more miles of beautiful views for a pleasant stroll or serious exercise!  

Enter your unit with a smart lock door code, sent to you via email once your rental agreement is e signed.  The open kitchen dining table and living areas have gorgeous views and lots of light flooding in from the sliding glass doors out to the patio area.  Two nice size bedrooms, one with a hall bath and Main bedroom with Connected bath and it's own private sliding door entrance to the Patio and Water views from the room.  Lots of storage, cleaning supplies, all new Linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen.  Enjoy the outdoor heated (check with us first to confirm if pool is heated for your dates of stay) community Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna and Fitness Room.  Comes with one reserved parking space, and street parking is free, but please be aware of street sweeping or other parking signs.

While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:



 • Minimum age of each guest 26 years unless accompanied by their parent / guardian if using instant book. (if under 26 please inquire) 

 • No smoking, candle burning or fires are allowed at any of our properties 

 • Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time. 



****NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME – a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by Southern California Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date. We ask that you find that wonderful balance and have fun and help us to maintain the peaceful ambiance of the property.  Please keep quiet hours of 10pm - 8am.  It's important to us that all guests have an enjoyable stay.

Pet are considered, please inquire first rather than using instant book when bringing a pet. Pets must be screened for Breed, size and behavior and approved before a reservation is confirmed. Pet fee applies and Pet agreement must be signed and adhered to. Any Guest who brings any pet onto the premises without prior permission will be charged 2x the pet fee. Please do not bring additional unpaid guests on property without prior written permission. 



Vacation Rental Agreement will be emailed to you, please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox, this must be e-signed before receiving access code via email.  Once e-signature is submitted, you will receive your check in instructions and door code via email 7 days before your check-in date.  



The Cleaning fee is charged to help cover the cost and time of Laundering bedding and towels which are provided clean for each guest. Professional cleaning of 8 man hours is also provided in this fee. Excessive dirtiness may require more than 8 man hours to bring the house back to the level of cleanliness it was provided for guests' arrival, this will be charged to the guest out of the deposit if more than 8 man hours of cleaning is necessary to return it to the level of cleanliness it was in for guests' arrival. Please empty your bagged trash into the outside black and blue (for recycling) cans. Only dispose of bagged trash in cans, and wash and put away dishes before checkout..



For long term stays of 30 days or more, we require each adult occupant to pass a rental application that checks credit, criminal background and rent history. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel/alter your length of stay to 29 days or less if you refuse or do not pass the rental application.  The cost of application processing is $45 per applicant. 



We request that you get a PO Box or other mail service, as we do not accept mail at this property. Packages from Amazon and other stores are not affected by this.
