This is a lovely space, well located and very up to date. It is well equipped, very clean and includes a private yard which is a great plus! We found it very comfortable and enjoyable for our 9 week stay and look forward to our return. The hosts were also very responsive; we were very happy with our choice!

We would stay here again! We’re a family of 5 and my kids are toddlers. Standalone unit gave us the privacy. Perfect size, layout, and decor for a place to stay when running around all day long. Beds were comfortable and even the sofa pullout. Great location close to San Diego zoo and central to many places. While we didn’t use the washer/dryer, very convenient to have. A/C and fans in each room, so that we had both options. Perfect clean remodel making it a great value.

We had a great time. The place was very clean with a nice contemporary and open design feel. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walks to the park and zoo with our puppy. Easy to get onto the freeway to drive out towards the beaches. The host was very engaging, responsive and hospitable. We would definitely consider coming back again.

I can guarantee that any person, couple or family will love this place. It is a home away from home. Garage parking was a huge plus! The place is very modern and sleek. It is within walking distance of great eatery’s and night life. Only 5 mins from downtown San Diego. Best part is the quiet privacy. Great neighborhood too! I was beyond impressed and had zero issues. I cannot brag enough about this place.

The place is great! Plenty of space... Close to all of the restaurants and hot spots in Pacific beach... short drive to gas lamp. Fast WiFi. Large TV with comfortable seating in living room.

This modern 2 bedroom 2 bath was a great home away from home for a mother daughter vacation. All the appliances are brand new and the accommodations were clean and welcoming. Very central to nearly everything - downtown, Balboa park and Hillcrest itself is nice as well. Nice farmer’s market within walking distance on Sundays. Only criticism would be there is no cable television if you’re a person that likes to watch the evening news after a full day of exploring the city. They do have Netflix and Wifi however which was great. The Wifi did have issues with bandwidth and could get easily overloaded when attached to multiple devices. Overall, great home! Would definitely return again. Oh, and there’s a fenced small private backyard that’s perfect if you want to bring your furry friend along.
